Ingredients:

| cup | Dried red kidney beans | | 2
| med | Yellow onions, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | 2
| each | Tomatoes, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Turmeric | | 3
| each | Chili peppers, ground | | 2
| cup | Coconut milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large pot, cover the beans with water & simmer until they are tender. | | 2 | Saute the onions in the oil until golden. | | 3 | Add, with the remaining ingredients, to the pot & simmer for several minutes until the beans are very tender & the tomatoes are cooked. | | 4 | Serve over rice or a stiff porridge |
