| 1 | Slice off top of apple; remove core. |

| 7 | Combine raisins, celery, and applesauce. |
| 8 | Allow to mellow at room temperature 2 hours. |
| 9 | Chill thoroughly. |
| 10 | Drain apple. |
| 11 | Cut apple into 8 sections, slicing almost to the bottom. |
| 12 | Fill with applesauce mixture. |
| 13 | Place on crisp lettuce leaf. |
