Ingredients:
4 tbspOil
4 Cloves garlic
1/2 cupCashews for garnish
GROUP 1:
1 cupAsparagus
1/4 cupCarrots
1 cupBroccoli
1 cupPotatoes
1/2 cupTurnips
GROUP 2:
1/2 cupCauliflower
1 cupOnion
1 cupCelery
1 cupString beans
1 1/2 cupSnow peas
GROUP 3:
1 1/2 cupSprouts
1 cupLettuce
1 cupTomatoes
1 1/2 cupWater chestnuts
Procedures:
1Choose at least 2 vegetables from each group; dice them.
2Heat oil in wok or large skillet; add garlic.
3Add group 1 vegetables to hot oil; stir-fry 7 minutes.
4Add choices from group 2; stir-fry 5 minutes.
5Add choices from group 3; stir-fry 5 minutes.
6Serve over hot rice.
