Ingredients:
1 cupCornmeal
3 cupMilk, scalded
2 tspSalt
1 tspSugar
1 tbspButter, melted
3 Egg yolks, beaten
3 Egg whites, stifly beaten
Procedures:
1After scalding the milk in a saucepan over high heat, reduce to low and add cornmeal.
2Cook 5 minutes.
3Add salt and cool slightly.
4Add the butter and sugar then add the egg yolks, stirring rapidly and mixing well.
5Fold in the egg whites.
6Bake in a greased baking dish 350 °F, about 45 minutes.
