Ingredients:
2 canGorton's clams
1 cupPared diced potatoes
2 tbspButter
1/4 cupChopped onion
2 cupMilk
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Cooking Sherry (optional)
Procedures:
1Drain clams.
2Cook onion in butter.
3Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender.
4Add clams and milk.
5Heat and season.
6Do not boil.
7Yield: 4 servings.
