Ingredients:
1 3- to 3-?pound
-broiler-fryer Chicken
-cut up
3/4 cupChili sauce
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspPrepared horseradish
1/2 tspRed pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Place chicken, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
3Mix remaining ingredients.
4Pour over chicken.
5Cover and bake 30 minutes.
6Spoon sauce over chicken.
7Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juices of chicken run clear.
