Ingredients:
1/4 cupMargarine or butter
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspPaprika
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 3-pound broiler-fryer
-Chicken, cut up
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2Heat margarine in rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches, in oven until melted.
3Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
4Coat chicken with flour mixture.
5Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.
6Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
7Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
