| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F. |

| 8 | Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. |
| 9 | Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. |
| 10 | Spread mixture evenly over crust. |
| 11 | Drop reserved oat toppingby teaspoonfuls over chocolate mixture. |
| 12 | Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. |
| 13 | Cool completely; cut into bars. |
