Ingredients:
2 ea Egg yolks
1 tbspGarlic-chopped
1 xFresh ground black pepper
3/4 tbspMaille mustard
1 tspSalt
1 tspWorchestershire sauce
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 cupParmesan cheese-grated
1 lbsSirloin strip, fat trimmed
1 xParsley-chopped
Procedures:
1Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: 00:15 Combine egg yolks, garlic, black pepper, maille mustard, & salt in blender.
2Blend well.
3In small bowl, combine worchestershire sauce, vinegar, & olive oil.
4Slowly blend with egg yolk mixture to create mayonnaise.
5When mayonnaise is completed, fold in ?cup gated parmesan cheese.
6Place sirloin slices in fan arrangement on 6 10-inch dinner plates.
7Spoon mustard-parmesan dressing over bottom center of fanned sirloin slices.
8Combine remaining parmesan cheese & parsley.
9Sprinkle mixture in horizontal arc over center of each plate of fanned raw sirloin.
