Yummy bread pudding

Ingredients:
2 cupFrench bread -- cubed
2 Eggs
1/2 cupSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1 canEvaporated milk
1/2 cupWater -- boiling
1 tspCinnamon --
1 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspRaisins
2 tspVanilla extract
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease a 1-?cup baking dish, and place the bread cubes in it.
3In a medium bowl, beat the eggs.
4Add the sugar, salt and milk.
5Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla.
6Pour the egg mixture of the bread cubes.
7Bake the pudding until set, about 45 minutes.
8Serve warm, at room temperature or cold
