Ingredients:

| cup | French bread -- cubed | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| can | Evaporated milk | | 1/2
| cup | Water -- boiling | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon -- | | 1
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/2
| tsp | Raisins | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla extract |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Grease a 1-?cup baking dish, and place the bread cubes in it. | | 3 | In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. | | 4 | Add the sugar, salt and milk. | | 5 | Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. | | 6 | Pour the egg mixture of the bread cubes. | | 7 | Bake the pudding until set, about 45 minutes. | | 8 | Serve warm, at room temperature or cold |
