| | Onion, chopped | | 1
| | Carrot, grated | | 3/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 1
| tsp | Prepared mustard | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 6
| oz | Frozen apple juice | | | - concentrate (1 can) | | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine cabbage, onion and carrot in large insulated ice bucket. | | 2 | Separately stir together vinegar, mustard and oil. | | 3 | Mix with vegetable mixture. | | 4 | Add apple juice concentrate. | | 5 | Keep tightly closed until serving. | | 6 | Stir well and season to taste before serving. | | 7 | Makes 6 to 8 servings |
