Ingredients:

| cup | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | Garlic | | 3
| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 1/2
| cup | Black olive | | 1/2
| cup | Red onion | | 1/2
| cup | Red bell pepper | | 3
| tbsp | Capers |

Procedures:
