Cauliflower salad

Ingredients:
1 ea Cauliflower
1/2 cupOlive oil
2 tbspGarlic
3 tbspRed wine vinegar
1/2 cupBlack olive
1/2 cupRed onion
1/2 cupRed bell pepper
3 tbspCapers
Procedures:
1Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
2Rinse well in cold water and drain.
3In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the florets until al dente, about 5 minutes.
4Drain and place them on a towel to drain.
5Pour the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat well.
6Add all the remaining ingredients and toss to mix well.
7Let the salad marinate for several hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally, before serving
