Ingredients:

| cup | Sour cream | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (scant) | | 1/3
| tsp | Garlic powder (scant) | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1 1/3
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 4
| oz | Danish bleu cheese: crumble |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mixer bowl, blend sour cream, mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder and worcestershire for 2 min at low speed. | | 2 | Add mayonnaise. | | 3 | Blend ?minutes at low speed and 2 min at medium speed. | | 4 | B hand, crumble cheese into mixture. | | 5 | Blend at low speed no more than 4 min. refrigerate 24 hours before use. | | 6 | Yield: 2 ?cups |
