Ingredients:

| oz | Can pineapple chunks | | 1 1/2
| cup | Pineapple juice | | 3
| pack | Cherry jello | | 1/2
| cup | London cuvee superieur red | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 16
| oz | Dark sweet cherries drained | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped pecans |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain pineapple, reserving juice. | | 2 | Heat reserved juice, plus 1-?cups pineapple juice, to boiling. | | 3 | Dissolve 2 pkgs. | | 4 | Jello in juice. | | 5 | Add ?cup london cuvee superieur red and ?teaspoon ground nutmeg. | | 6 | Chill until mixture thickens slightly. | | 7 | Fold in pineapple chunks, drained cherries and ?cup chopped pecans. | | 8 | Pour into 1-?quart mold. | | 9 | Chill until firm. | | 10 | Unmold and serve on salad greens |
