Ingredients:
2 quartFresh dandelion blossoms
4 quartWater
3 lbsSugar
1 Egg white, beaten
1 packYeast cake
4 Lemons - juice only
2 Oranges - juice only
Procedures:
1Take boiling water and pour over flowers.
2Best to use stone jar or crock.
3Let this stand for a day and half.
4Strain, then add sugar and juices.
5Let stand for a day, 24 hrs.
6Now put in the yeast cake.
7Watch for scum to rise, for it"s then you add the egg white.
8Let stand three full days before straining and bottling
