Ingredients:
3 cupDaikon, cut into 1 ?
Ub in ?tbls, of salt and
-drain
1/2 cupOnion, thinly sliced, soak
Water for 10 minutes, drain
10 Okura, rub in ?tb salt
Cook, drain, chopped
1 canTuna, drained (keep 1 tb o
From tuna for, dressing *
DRESSING
1 1/2 tbspRice vinegar
1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspJuice from tuna*, mix well
Procedures:
1Put well-drained tuna flakes into a bowl and add daikon, onion and okura; mix well.
2Pour in dressing to the tuna mixture and mix.
3Toss and put into a serving platter and serve
