| | Potatoes | | 1
| cup | Chopped onions | | 1/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 1/2
| cup | Prepared mustard | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | 2
| | Eggs, hard cooked | | 1
| cup | Chopped hearts of celery | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise |

Procedures:
