Ingredients:
1/2 lbsShrimp, shelled & deveined
1 Onion, sliced thinly
3 tbspChili sauce
Salt
3 tbspOil
1 Prepare shrimp and onion.
Procedures:
1Heat oil in wok to smoking point.
2Stir fry shrimp and onions in it for about 2 minutes.
3Add salt and chili sauce.
4Stir everything together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.
5Note: shrimp do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture
