Ingredients:
2/3 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupRed wine vinegar
2 tspLemon juice
2 tspSoy sauce
1 tspSugar
1 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspCurry powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSeasoned pepper
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 pack(10-oz.) fresh spinach, torn
Into bite-size pieces
5 Bacon strips, cooked and
Crumbled
2 Hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Procedures:
1Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside.
2Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
3Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently.
4Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
5Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
