Ingredients:

| | Apples, peeled and sliced | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Red Cinnamon Candies | | | Lettuce Leaves | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon Juice | | 3
| oz | Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened | | 2
| tbsp | Walnuts, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | In medium saucepan, combine apples, water and cinnamon candies. | | 2 | Heat to boiling and cook uncovered, about 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. | | 3 | Cool and chill. | | 4 | To serve, drain apple slices and arrange on crisp lettuce leaves. | | 5 | Combine lemon juice and cream cheese; beat until smooth. | | 6 | Spoon over apples; garnish with walnuts. |
