Ingredients:

| pack | 10 oz. frozen fiddleheads | | 5
| tbsp | Wine vinegar | | 1/4
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 2
| | Drops tabasco sauce | | 12
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 4
| | Green onions, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Thaw fiddleheads and mix with the vinegar and the two sauces and salt & pepper to taste. | | 2 | Let marinate in fridge for 4-8 hours. | | 3 | Add oil and onions before serving |
