| cup | Red pepper strips | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced carrots | | 1/4
| cup | Red onion rings | | 8
| cup | Torn assorted greens | | 1/2
| lbs | Lois Rich fully cooked | | | Oven Roasted Breast of | | | Turkey, cut into strips | | 2

Procedures:
