Garbanzo & carrot salad

Ingredients:
15 ozCan EDEN Garbanzo Beans
-- drained
1 medCarrot, cut in matchsticks
1/4 cupFresh cilantro or parsley
-- (finely chopped)
2 tbspSesame seeds
-- lightly toasted
1 Clove garlic, pressed
2 Green onions
-- finely chopped
2 tbspSesame tahini, (mixed with
1 tbsp-water)
1 tspEDEN Ume Plum Vinegar
Procedures:
1Mix beans, carrot, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and green onions.
2Mix vinegar with tahini mixture and pour over salad.
3Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
