Ingredients:
2 cupCooked brown rice
1 cupCooked turkey breast, cut
-into bite size pieces
1 cupCelery, coarsely chopped
1 cupCarrots, sliced
3/4 cupToasted wheat germ
1/3 cupGreen onions, sliced
3 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
-(optional)
-l/2 tsp. black pepper
-l/2 cup fat free Italian
-salad dressing
1/4 cupLemon juice
Procedures:
1Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl.
2Combine italian dressing and lemon juice.
3Pour dressing over salad; mix well.
4Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5Makes 3 servings.
