| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| | 3 oz. pkge.Roquefort cheese | | | (at room temperature) | | 2
| | Small heads iceberg | | | Lettuce, torn into bite- | | | Sized pieces |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place salt in salad bowl. | | 2 | Thoroughly mash garlic into salt. | | 3 | Add oil and vinegar. | | 4 | Cream cheese into above mixture until smooth. | | 5 | It should look like paste. | | 6 | Can be prepared ahead to this point. | | 7 | Add lettuce and toss. | | 8 | *mixture must be at room temperature in order to coat lettuce.* |
