Ingredients:

| x | Bacon strips | | 3/4
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 2/3
| cup | Vinegar | | 1 1/3
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 6
| cup | Potatoes, cooked, sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp, remove, set aside. | | 2 | Drain all but 3 tablespoons of the drippings, cook onion in it until tender. | | 3 | Stir in flour, blend well. | | 4 | Add vinegar, and water, cook and stir until bubbly and slightly thick. | | 5 | Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. | | 6 | Crumble bacon, gently stir in bacon and potatoes. | | 7 | Heat thru, stirring lightly to coat potato slices. | | 8 | Serve warm |
