Ingredients:

| cup | Bisquick Original baking mix | | 1/3
| cup | Very hot water | | 2
| cup | Cut-up cooked chicken | | 1/2
| cup | Salsa or picante sauce | | 2
| cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese | | | -(8 oz) | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/2
| | Bell pepper, cut into thin | | | -rings |

Procedures:
| 1 | Move oven rack to lowest position. | | 2 | Heat oven to 450°F. | | 3 | Greast cookie sheet or 12" pizza pan. | | 4 | Mix baking mix and water; beat vigorously 20 strokes. | | 5 | Turn onto floured surface. | | 6 | Knead about 60 times or until no longer sticky. | | 7 | Press into 13" circle on cookie sheet; pinch edge, forming ? rim, or press in pizza pan. | | 8 | Mix chicken and salsa. | | 9 | Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of the cheese. | | 10 | Top with onion, chicken mixture and pepper; sprinkle with remaining cheese. | | 11 | Bake 12-15 or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly. | | 12 | Makes 1 pizza. | | 13 | High altitude directions (3500-6500°Ft): heat oven to 475°F |
