Ingredients:
500 gramsFirm fresh fish
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 Green chillies
- finely chopped
5 mlSalt
30 mlLemon juice
60 mlChopped coriander leaves
-(dhunia)
Procedures:
1Boil fish until tender, then drain and flake.
2Add onions,chillies,salt, lemon juice and dhunia leaves while fish is still warm.
3Allow to cool before filling samoosas.
4fills about 30 samoosas.
