Ingredients:

| each | Garlic cloves | | | 4 ea Tb Patis | | | 5 ea Tb Oil | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | | 2 ea Eggs | | 1/2
| tsp | MSG |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and cut ampalaya in 2 inches, lengthwise. | | 2 | Remove the seeds and slice crosswise thinly. | | 3 | Scald and shell shrimp. | | 4 | Slice pork into small pieces. | | 5 | Peel and slice onions; peel and crush garlic. | | 6 | Slice tomato. | | 7 | In small amount of oil, saute garlic, onions, tomatoes, pork and shrimps, stirring constantly. | | 8 | When pork is half done, add water, patis, and msg. | | 9 | Bring to a boil. | | 10 | When pork is done, add the ampalaya. | | 11 | Let it boil twice until ampalaya is cooked. | | 12 | Add beaten eggs and stir once or twice before removing from stove. | | 13 | Serve hot with rice. |
