Ingredients:
2 tspMargarine
1/2 cupWhite wine
1/2 tspDill weed
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 cupMushrooms, chopped
1/2 lbsOrange roughy
Chopped parsley
Lemon wedges
Procedures:
1Heat margarine, wine, dill week, garlic and mushrooms in skillet until hot.
2Add fish; saute until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
3Remove to a warm platter.
4Sprinkle with parsley.
5Garnish with lemon.
