Savoury salmon bread cases

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbspButter
3 tbspFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
3/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupSalmon liquid
1/4 cupChopped gherkins
1 cupFlaked salmon
2 tbspMayonnaise
1 tbspLemon juice
1 Loaf sliced bread, crusts
-removed
Melted butter
Procedures:
1Melt butter, add flour and seasoning.
2Cook 2 minutes.
3Remove from heat, gradually add combined milk and salmon liquid.
4Return to heat and stir constantly till mixture boils and thickens.
5Add remaining ingredients and mix through.
6Place hot filling into heated bread cases and serve.
7Bread cases:- Brush both sides of bread with melted butter.
8Press diagonal corners into deep base patty tins.
9Bake at 200 degrees c for approximately 10-15 minutes till crisp and golden.
