Scalloped oysters

Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter, melted
2 cupCoarse Cracker Crumbs
24 Oysters (drained, save the
-liquor)
1/4 tspCoarse Black Pepper
2 tbspSherry
1 tspWorcestershire Sauce
1/3 cupCream mixed w/Oyster Liquor
Procedures:
1Mix butter and cracker crumbs.
2Butter shallow baking dish and put 1/3 of the mixture on the bottom.
3Add layer of oysters.
4Mix cream, oyster liquor, sherry, worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
5Cover layer of oysters with half of sauce.
6Add another 1/3 of the crumbs, place remaining oysters on top, and add remaining sauce.
7Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the crumbs.
8Bake in hot oven (425°F) for 10 or 15 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
