Ingredients:

| pint | Scallops | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 1
| cup | Cracker crumbs | | 2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 2/3
| cup | Heavy Cream | | | Salt and Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and pick over scallops. | | 2 | Melt butter and add crumbs. | | 3 | Put layer of crumbs in buttered dish. | | 4 | Cover with scallops, add half the cream and season with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. | | 5 | Repeat; cover with buttered crumbs. | | 6 | Bake at 350°F. | | 7 | For 25 minutes until crumbs are golden brown. |
