Ingredients:
1 pintScallops
1/2 cupButter
1 cupCracker crumbs
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 cupBread crumbs
2/3 cupHeavy Cream
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Wash and pick over scallops.
2Melt butter and add crumbs.
3Put layer of crumbs in buttered dish.
4Cover with scallops, add half the cream and season with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
5Repeat; cover with buttered crumbs.
6Bake at 350°F.
7For 25 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.
