| lbs | Bay OR Calico scallops | | 2
| cup | Rich buttery-flavored | | | Cracker crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1/2
| tsp | Sugar or to taste | | 1
| dash | Pepper or to taste | | 1/4
| cup | Green onions and tops, slice | | 1
| tbsp | Butter or to taste | | | Paprika |

Procedures:
| 1 | Rinse scallops with cold water to remove any remaining shells. | | 2 | Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, butter, catsup, salt and pepper in casserole. | | 3 | Combine green onion and butter; place on top of scallop mixture. | | 4 | Bake in moderate oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden. | | 5 | Sprinkle with paprika |
