Ingredients:
NEW ORLEANS NEWSPAPER
2 lbsBay OR Calico scallops
2 cupRich buttery-flavored
Cracker crumbs
1/4 cupButter
1/4 cupCatsup
1/2 tspSugar or to taste
1 dashPepper or to taste
1/4 cupGreen onions and tops, slice
1 tbspButter or to taste
Paprika
Procedures:
1Rinse scallops with cold water to remove any remaining shells.
2Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, butter, catsup, salt and pepper in casserole.
3Combine green onion and butter; place on top of scallop mixture.
4Bake in moderate oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
5Sprinkle with paprika
