Ingredients:

| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1
| cup | Water, hot | | 1
| lbs | Fish fillets, fresh, 1" cubes | | 1/2
| cup | Parsley, chopped | | 4
| each | Garlic cloves, finely chopped | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| pinch | Cayenne pepper | | 3
| cup | Rice, hot cooked | | 1/4
| cup | Flour, all-purpose | | 1
| lbs | Shrimp, shelled/deveined | | 1
| can | Tomato sauce(8oz) | | 1/4
| cup | Green bell pepper, chopped | | 2
| each | Bay leaves | | 1/2
| tbsp | Thyme | | 1
| each | Lemon slice, seeded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet; blend in flour, stirring constantly, until brown (be careful not to scorch).?Add water gradually and cook until thick and smooth.?Add remaining ingredients except rice; cover and simmer 12 minutes.?Remove bay leaves and lemon slice.?Serve spooned over hot cooked rice.?/td> |
