Ingredients:
| 5
| lbs | Onions -- chopped | | 2
| lbs | Okra -- chopped | | 1
| lbs | Crabmeat | | 2
| lbs | Crab claws | | 1/2
| pint | Oysters | | 1
| cup | Parsley -- chopped | | 1
| cup | Onion tops -- chopped | | | Salt and pepper -- to taste | | 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 3
| cup | Rice -- cooked |

Procedures:
| 1 | Smother okra well in a pot. | | 2 | In a separate pot, brown flour. | | 3 | After browning flour, add onion and smother and brown. | | 4 | Add okra and let cook for about 10 minutes. | | 5 | Add all vegetables and seasoning. | | 6 | Add about 8 quarts of water and let boil. | | 7 | Add oysters. | | 8 | Cook for 10 to 15 minutes then add crabmeat and crab claws and cook for about 10 minutes. | | 9 | Serve over cooked rice. | | 10 | Festival: bayou boulette food and fun festival; october 27-29, 1995 |
