Seafood gumbo 1

Ingredients:
5 lbsOnions -- chopped
2 lbsOkra -- chopped
1 lbsCrabmeat
2 lbsCrab claws
1/2 pintOysters
1 cupParsley -- chopped
1 cupOnion tops -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
3 cupRice -- cooked
Procedures:
1Smother okra well in a pot.
2In a separate pot, brown flour.
3After browning flour, add onion and smother and brown.
4Add okra and let cook for about 10 minutes.
5Add all vegetables and seasoning.
6Add about 8 quarts of water and let boil.
7Add oysters.
8Cook for 10 to 15 minutes then add crabmeat and crab claws and cook for about 10 minutes.
9Serve over cooked rice.
