Seafood stuffed potatoes

Ingredients:
6 medBaking potatoes
6 sliceBacon, cut in small pieces
1/3 cupMinced onion
1/3 cupMilk
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 tspSweet paprika
2 tbspButter
1 cupChopped clams
-(one 6 ?OZ. can)
Buttered bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Bake potatoes, remove from oven and split lengthwise into halves.
2Scoop out potatoes and mash with milk, egg, paprika, and butter.
3Fry bacon until soft, add onion, cook until bacon is crisp.
4Add clams and saute one minute.
5Fold into mashed potatoes.
6Refill shells.
7Top with buttered bread crumbs.
8At this point, potatoes can be refrigerated for up to 3 days, tightly wrapped, or frozen for 1 month.
9Bake unfrozen at 350°F for 25 minutes or frozen at 350°F for 45 minutes.
10Serves 6.
