Ingredients:

| lbs | Red snapper fillets, skinless | | 1/3
| cup | Flour | | 1
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| cup | Macadamia nuts, chop fine | | 1
| cup | Pecans, chop fine | | 2
| | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut fish into serving size portions. | | 2 | Add salt/pepper tp taste. | | 3 | Combine nuts and crumbs. | | 4 | Dust fish with flour. | | 5 | Dredge in egg then in crumb and nut mixture. | | 6 | Saute in olive oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side. | | 7 | Transfer fish to a baking dish and bake 3-4 minutes at 350 deg f. |
