Red snapper in nut crust

Ingredients:
2 lbsRed snapper fillets, skinless
1/3 cupFlour
1 cupBread crumbs
1 cupMacadamia nuts, chop fine
1 cupPecans, chop fine
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Cut fish into serving size portions.
2Add salt/pepper tp taste.
3Combine nuts and crumbs.
4Dust fish with flour.
5Dredge in egg then in crumb and nut mixture.
6Saute in olive oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
7Transfer fish to a baking dish and bake 3-4 minutes at 350 deg f.
