Ingredients:

| tsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| lbs | Lump crabmeat | | 1/2
| cup | Grated onion | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Whipping cream | | 1
| dash | Of Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| tbsp | All-purpose flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sherry to taste melt butter in top of a double boiler over hot water. | | 2 | Add onion, salt and pepper; stir well. | | 3 | Stir in flour, mixing well. | | 4 | Add crabmeat; cook for 5 minutes. | | 5 | Combine milk, whipping cream and worcestershire sauce. | | 6 | Gradually add milk mixture to crabmeat mixtue, stirring well. | | 7 | Heat thoroughly. | | 8 | Ladle soup into individual serving bowls. | | 9 | Add sherry to taste. | | 10 | Yield: about 1 quart |
