She crab soup

Ingredients:
1 tspButter or margarine
1 lbsLump crabmeat
1/2 cupGrated onion
2 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupWhipping cream
1 dashOf Pepper
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspAll-purpose flour
Procedures:
1Sherry to taste melt butter in top of a double boiler over hot water.
2Add onion, salt and pepper; stir well.
3Stir in flour, mixing well.
4Add crabmeat; cook for 5 minutes.
5Combine milk, whipping cream and worcestershire sauce.
6Gradually add milk mixture to crabmeat mixtue, stirring well.
7Heat thoroughly.
8Ladle soup into individual serving bowls.
9Add sherry to taste.
10Yield: about 1 quart
