Ingredients:
3 lbsMedium shrimp, cleaned
3 lbsBay scallops
4 tbspButter
1/2 cupCornstarch
4 eachTo 6 cups milk - depending
-upon desired consistency
1 1/2 cupWhite wine
6 cupWhite rice, cooked
Procedures:
1Cook shrimp and scallops until done; set aside; slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly; add wine, shrimp and scallops serve over rice.
