Kahlua mousse

Ingredients:
1 lbsDark sweet chocolate
- cut in pieces
3 ozButter, cut in pieces
1/2 cupSifted powdered sugar
3 Eggs, separated
1/4 cupKahlua
1 tbspInstant coffee powder
2 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1In top of double boiler, melt chocolate and butter over simmering water.
2In large bowl, combine sugar, yolks, kahlua and coffee powder.
3Blend in chocolate mixture.
4Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into kahlua-chocolate mixture.
5Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into mixture.
6Spoon into dessert glasses.
7Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
8Top, if desired, with whipped cream, chocolate curls and mint leaves.
