Shrimp ceviche

Ingredients:
1 lbsShrimp
1 1/2 cupOrange juice
1/2 cupLemon juice
1/4 cupCatsup
1 Onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Procedures:
1Cook shrimp in boiling salted water for 3 minutes - no more! allow to cool and remove shells and devain.
2Cut shrimp into two or three pieces depending on size.
3Add the juices, salt and pepper, catsup, hot sauce, and onion.
4Leave in refrigerator for several hours before eating.
