Shrimp fajitas

Ingredients:
1 lbsMed size shrimp shelled andd
1 cupLightly packed chopped cilao
1 Clove garlic minced
1/3 cupLime juice
6 Flour tortillas 9"
1 tbspSalad oil
2 Large green peppers, thinlys
1 Large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cupPlain non fat yogart
Salsa for green tomatillo sa
Procedures:
1Stir shrimp, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
2Let stand at room temp.
3For 20 min.
4meanwhile wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350 oven until hot (15 min)
5heat oil in a wide nonstick frying pan over med-high heat.
6Add peppers, onions.
7Cook, stirring occasinally, until limp (about 10 min) remove vegetables and keep warm.
8Add shrimp mixture to pan, increase heat to high and cook stirring often, until shrimp are opaque in center, cut to test (about 3 min).
9Return veg.
10To pan sitrring to mix with shrimp.
11spoon shrimp mixture into tortillas, top with yogurt (or sour cream) and roll up.
12Serve with salsa.
