Ingredients:

| | Large green peppers, thinlys | | 1
| | Large onion, thinly sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Plain non fat yogart | | | Salsa for green tomatillo sa |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stir shrimp, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. | | 2 | Let stand at room temp. | | 3 | For 20 min. | | 4 | meanwhile wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350 oven until hot (15 min) | | 5 | heat oil in a wide nonstick frying pan over med-high heat. | | 6 | Add peppers, onions. | | 7 | Cook, stirring occasinally, until limp (about 10 min) remove vegetables and keep warm. | | 8 | Add shrimp mixture to pan, increase heat to high and cook stirring often, until shrimp are opaque in center, cut to test (about 3 min). | | 9 | Return veg. | | 10 | To pan sitrring to mix with shrimp. | | 11 | spoon shrimp mixture into tortillas, top with yogurt (or sour cream) and roll up. | | 12 | Serve with salsa. |
