Ingredients:

| | 6-8 oz. salmon fillets | | | REMOULADE SAUCE | | 1/4
| cup | Tarrragon vinegar | | 1/4
| tsp | Cayenne pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Salad oil | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped celery | | 1
| tbsp | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Green onion, chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped parsley | | 2
| tbsp | Prepared brown mustard |

Procedures:
