Espresso granita

Ingredients:
3/4 cupWater
1/2 cupSugar
2 cupEspresso or strong coffee
Procedures:
1: whipped cream : lemon rind in a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over low heat.
2Let mixture boil 5 to 6 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
3Remove pan from heat; cool.
4Add coffee to sugar mixture and pour into shallow dish.
5Frezze about 4 hours, stirring mixture every 40 minutes, until almost firm.
6Serve with whipped cream and lemon rind
