| | Dried chili peppers | | 4
| tbsp | Garlic oil | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil | | | Paprika | | | Chopped parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Shell, devein, and rinse shrimp. | | 2 | Sprinkle with salt and let sit 10 minutes. | | 3 | Remove seeds from chili peppers and crumble into small bits. | | 4 | Set aside. | | 5 | Combine oils and set aside. | | 6 | In 4 shallow ovenproof baking dishes, divide the shrimp, chili pepper, and oil. | | 7 | Place in a 425 degree oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turn pink, tossing shrimp once or twice during baking. | | 8 | Remove and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley. | | 9 | Serve immediately with fresh country bread for soaking up the oil |
