Ingredients:
1 cupOnions, chopped
3/4 cupGreen bell pepper, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tbspButter or margarine
1 lbsShrimp, shelled/deveined
1 lbsCrawfish tails, peeled
1 canCream/mushroom soup(10.75oz)
3 cupRice, cooked
1 tbspParsley, chopped
1 1/2 tbspLemon juice
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
2 White bread slices
1/4 cupMilk
Paprika
Procedures:
1In large saucepan, cook onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter until crisp-tender.?Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes longer.?Stir in soup, rice parsley, lemon juice and seasonings.
2Add bread soaked in milk; mix well.?Spoon into buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.?Bake in preheated 350°F.
