Ingredients:

| oz | Cream Cheese | | 1
| can | Cream of Shrimp Soup | | | (or subst cream of celery) | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, finely diced | | 1
| cup | Mayonaise | | 1
| cup | Cold water | | 2
| tbsp | Gelatin, unflavored (2 pkts) | | 1
| cup | Celery, finely diced | | 2
| can | Shrimp or crab meat (small) | | | (or one of each) |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, soup, and onion. | | 2 | Heat until all dissolved and blended. | | 3 | Add mayonaise, mix well, and remove from heat. | | 4 | sprinkle gelatin over water and heat until dissolved. | | 5 | add celery and seafood to soup mixture, then add gelatin and mix all well. | | 6 | Pour into 6-cup mold and chill until set. | | 7 | serve with sourdough rolls thinly sliced and crackers. |
