Shrimp mold

Ingredients:
8 ozCream Cheese
1 canCream of Shrimp Soup
(or subst cream of celery)
1/4 cupOnion, finely diced
1 cupMayonaise
1 cupCold water
2 tbspGelatin, unflavored (2 pkts)
1 cupCelery, finely diced
2 canShrimp or crab meat (small)
(or one of each)
Procedures:
1In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, soup, and onion.
2Heat until all dissolved and blended.
3Add mayonaise, mix well, and remove from heat.
4sprinkle gelatin over water and heat until dissolved.
5add celery and seafood to soup mixture, then add gelatin and mix all well.
6Pour into 6-cup mold and chill until set.
7serve with sourdough rolls thinly sliced and crackers.
