Ingredients:
1 lbsShrimp , deveined
2 pintHalf & half
2 tbspOil
2 cupFlour.
1 xSauce:
1 eachEgg yolk
1 ea Butter
1 ea Garlic , minced pods
1/2 cupParsley , chopped
1 xChives
?ea Lemon juice
Procedures:
1Never made this dish, but the rumor in san antonio is that joe paesano"s wife stole this prior to their divorce, she then proceeded to give it to anyone who would take it.
2Don"t know if that is true or not, but here is the recipe.
3Pre-heat oven to 400.
4Soak shrimp in ?& ?for at least 30 minutes.
5Drain and roll shrimp in flour and saute in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
6Do not turn shrimp.
7Re- move and place shrimp in baking dish, sauted side down in pre-heated oven.
8Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes.
9For sauce: mix egg yolk and lemon juice in half the butter and stir over low heat until melted, take off heat.
10Add garlic and rest of butter and stir briskly until butter melts and sauce thickens.
11(add small amount of ?& ?to thicken).
12Add chives and parsley.
13That"s it for instructions--i guess common sense would tell you to pour this sauce over the shrimp and eat it.
