Ingredients:

| oz | Twist pasta, small | | 1
| lbs | Cooked shrimp, shelled & dev | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped parsley | | 1/2
| cup | Olive oil, divided | | 4
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Tarragon, crushed | | 1/4
| tsp | Rosemary, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt, to taste | | 1/8
| x | Tabasco sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Try this one from the pasta salad book by nina graybill & maxine rapoport. | | 2 | Have not tried it myself but it looks great! cook pasta until al dente, drain well & toss with 2 tble. | | 3 | Oil. | | 4 | Set aside to cool. | | 5 | Cut some of the shrimp into smaller pieces if desired throughly mix remaining oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt & tabasco sauce. | | 6 | Taste & adjust seasonings. | | 7 | In a serving bowl, toss the pasta, shrimp, dressing & parsley. | | 8 | Cover & let flavors blend about ?hour. | | 9 | (refrigerate if salad won"t be served for more than ?hour). | | 10 | Just before serving, toss again |
